Who we are and agreeing to these terms

These terms are a contract between you and AI Chart Analyser (operated by AI Chart Analyser) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, to the Privacy policy, to the Payments and refund policy and to the Risk and AI disclosure, which all form part of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

The service

The service provides software-generated technical analysis of charts for educational and research purposes. It is not investment advice; see the Risk and AI disclosure.

A free account includes 3 analyses in total. Paid plans include a daily number of analyses with the agent of that plan, which depends on the plan and the pass length (weekly, monthly or yearly), as shown on the pricing page at the time you buy. Daily limits reset at midnight India time (IST).

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If an AI agent is unavailable, a live-data analysis may be produced by our calculation engine alone, and we tell you when that happens. Features and limits may change; changes do not reduce a plan you have already paid for during its current period.

Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away at the support email if you think someone else has used it.

One person, one account. Creating several accounts to get more free analyses, sharing an account, or reselling access is not allowed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not: try to bypass limits or security; scrape, copy or automate access to the service; upload unlawful content or images containing other people's personal data; reverse engineer the service; or present its output to others as paid tips, calls or advice.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Where the breach is serious, this can happen without notice and without a refund.

Your content and our content

You keep ownership of the screenshots you upload. You allow us to process them, and to share them with our AI providers, only to produce your analysis. We do not keep the images after the analysis is produced.

The software, design, brand and text of AI Chart Analyser belong to us. You may use your analyses for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Reviews

Only users who have run at least one analysis can post a review, one per account. We check reviews before publishing them and remove only reviews that are abusive, off-topic, contain personal data or promotional links, or are not genuine. We do not remove reviews because they are negative, and we never write or pay for reviews.

Payments

Paid plans are one-time purchases of access for 7, 30 or 365 days, charged in advance through our payment partner Razorpay. They do not renew automatically. Prices are shown before you pay, in Indian rupees or US dollars; your bank may add conversion or international transaction fees.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as described in the Payments and refund policy.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Deleting an account ends any remaining paid period without a refund.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell signed-in users before the change applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Law, disputes and grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered address, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live as a consumer.
