Who is responsible for your data
AI Chart Analyser (operated by AI Chart Analyser) decides how your personal data is used (we are the "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the "controller" under the GDPR for users in the EU and UK). Contact: infovision234@gmail.com.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address, and your password stored only as a salted scrypt hash (we cannot see it). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account ID.
What you submit: chart screenshots, symbols and timeframes, and the analyses produced. Reviews you choose to write.
Payments: plan, amount, currency and the Razorpay order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details go directly to Razorpay; we never see or store them.
Security data: a keyed hash of your IP address (not the address itself), your browser's user agent, sign-in times, and a log of security-relevant actions.
Why we use it
To create and run your account, produce your analyses, keep the service secure and prevent abuse (for example enforcing free limits), process payments and keep tax records, answer support requests, and send service emails such as password reset links. We do not send marketing emails without your separate consent.
We process data because you asked for the service (contract), because the law requires it (tax and security records), or for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. We do not sell or rent personal data. If you accept cookies, Google receives details of your visit (not your name or email) so we can measure our ads and see how the site is used.
Who processes it for us
AI providers: chart images and analysis requests are sent to third-party AI model providers to produce the analysis. Some of these providers may keep submitted content for a period and use it, including by human review, to improve their services under their own terms. Never upload screenshots that show personal, account or financial details.
Other service providers: our hosting and database providers store data; Razorpay processes payments; our email provider sends account emails; Google handles Google sign-in if you choose it; Google Ads and Google Analytics measure our advertising and site use as described under cookies. Each acts under its own terms and security controls.
Some of these providers are located outside India, including in the United States, so your data may be processed there. We only share what each provider needs to do its job.
We may disclose data if the law requires it, for example to a court or a government agency with legal authority.
Cookies and similar technology
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your light or dark theme and your cookie choice.
Advertising and analytics: we advertise on Google and use Google Analytics. Only if you accept, these Google tags set cookies so we can see which ads led to a sign-up or a purchase and which pages are used (we send the purchase amount and order number, never your name or email). Until you accept, these cookies stay off, though Google may still receive basic cookieless signals, such as that a page was visited, to estimate ad results. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
The Markets page and some charts embed TradingView, and checkout loads Razorpay; these third parties may set their own cookies under their own policies.
How long we keep it
Account data and analysis history: until you delete your account. Screenshots: not stored after the analysis is produced. Password-reset links expire after 1 hour.
If you tell us why you are deleting your account, we keep that answer without your name, email or any account link, only to improve the service.
Payment records: kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 8 years), even after an account is deleted. Security logs: up to 1 year.
Your rights
You can see your analyses and payments in your dashboard, change your password, and delete your account and history yourself at any time.
You can also ask us to give you a summary of your data, correct or erase it, or withdraw consent, and you can nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to. EU and UK users also have the rights to restrict or object to processing and to data portability, and may complain to their data protection authority. Write to infovision234@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact our Grievance Officer (below) and, in India, the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, admin access is limited and logged, and we test our safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
We will post any changes here with a new date and tell signed-in users about important ones.
