Payments, delivery and refund policy

What you buy

Every plan is a one-time payment for access to the service for 7, 30 or 365 days. Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and you are never charged again unless you buy again.

Buying the same plan again while it is active adds the new period on top of the current one.

Delivery

The service is delivered online. Your plan activates on your account immediately after the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. Nothing is shipped.

All sales are final

Because access starts immediately after payment, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including partly used periods and unused daily analyses. Please use the free analyses first to decide whether the service suits you.

Payment problems we always fix

If you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate payment is refunded in full.

If money left your account but your plan did not activate, we either activate the plan or refund the payment in full.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5-7 working days to show them.
