AI Chart Analyser is analysis software. It produces technical analysis (levels, indicators, patterns and conditional "if this, then that" scenarios) for a chart that you choose. It does not provide investment advice, research recommendations, buy or sell calls, portfolio management or brokerage services, and it does not know your finances, goals or risk tolerance.

AI Chart Analyser and AI Chart Analyser are not registered as an investment adviser, research analyst, broker or any other intermediary with any regulator. Nothing on this website is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative, currency, commodity or crypto asset.

Scenario levels such as an invalidation level, a scenario zone or target levels describe what the chart shows if a scenario plays out. They are not instructions to trade.

Trading carries risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, including losses larger than your deposit in leveraged products such as futures, options, CFDs and margin forex. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

No analysis method, human or AI, can predict prices reliably. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, position sizing and risk management. Consider speaking to a financial professional licensed in your country before you trade.

How the AI works and where it can go wrong

For live-data analysis, indicator values, support and resistance, the confluence score and the scenario levels are calculated by deterministic code from market data. An AI agent (Agent Pro or Agent Max, each powered by third-party large language models) then writes the explanation from those numbers.

For screenshot analysis, the AI agent reads the image directly. Levels read from an image are approximate and can be wrong. AI output can contain errors, including confident-sounding ones. Always check levels on your own chart before relying on them.

Market data for live analysis comes from third-party sources, may be delayed, and can occasionally be missing or wrong.

Notes for users in India

AI Chart Analyser is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser or a Research Analyst, and its output is not a research report or a recommendation under SEBI regulations.

Indian residents may trade forex only in permitted INR pairs on recognised Indian exchanges; trading other pairs or CFDs on overseas platforms may breach FEMA. Crypto assets are unregulated in India and gains are taxed under the Income-tax Act; check the current rules with a tax adviser.
